and Services
The County of Los Angeles purchases millions of dollars of
commodities and services each year. Commodities range from
pens and pencils to computers to helicopters and services
such as architectural, consulting, janitorial, and parking
are a few examples. With a population of over nine (9) million
citizens, the County is in need of many products and services.
In order
to fulfill our fiduciary duty to the people of the County
of Los Angeles the majority of these opportunities are solicited
through a competitive bidding process. Vendors are requested
to respond to solicitations for the commodity or service
needed by the County.
